Invest In Care Now was founded to connect two groups who rarely meet: property investors looking for long-term, property-backed opportunities, and the care and supported-living sector's ongoing need for good-quality homes in ordinary communities.
We work property by property. Every opportunity is considered on its own merits: its location, size, condition and whether it would genuinely make a good home for someone. We would rather present fewer properties than overstate what we have.
We source both new build and existing homes across the UK, with an emphasis on residential streets close to transport, shops and health services. Properties are assessed against the practical requirements operators tell us matter.
We maintain relationships with care and supported-living providers so that we understand current requirements. Operator involvement varies by opportunity and is always confirmed in writing rather than assumed.
Most of our investors are experienced in property but new to this sector. We explain the structure plainly, answer questions directly, and expect you to take your own legal and financial advice.
We share the information we hold, including the parts that are still uncertain. We do not publish guaranteed returns, and we will tell you when a property is not right for you.
